How do I add the name for a custom stamp? - There is a "Notes" section at the checkout, right at the end! Pop the name in there (e.g. Giraffe - Mrs Smith, Koala - Mr Green). If you're on your phone, click CHECKOUT and then look at the top of the screen and click SHOW ORDER SUMMARY. This will take you to the notes/discount section.

What colour is the stamp handle? All handles will match the colour of the ink that you ordered. E.g. red ink = red stamp handle. If you prefer a generic coloured handle (black or white) please add that to the notes section at the checkout.
How long does postage take? Orders are usually made and shipped within 2-7 days and are then at the mercy of Australia post. They come from Perth, WA, so you may take that into consideration when considering how long it may take for them to reach you.
